Unless my WAG turns into a LAG, I'm down to zero. What's the good word, Alex? I'm dying to see what the question was!

Nobody got the question I was looking for. Well, actually, For the Turnstiles did, but he was too late.

The question I was looking for is:
Who is Max Carey?

Turnstiles still has the board.

If you turned in a question, and you can prove your reasoning is correct, I may still award you the points.

Reasoning:

Crawford, Beckley, Brouthers: 1st, 4th,and 8th place all time in triples.

Musial, Brett, Yaz: 3rd, 5th, and 7th place all time in doubles.

Brock, Coleman: 2nd and 6th place all time in stolen bases.

That leaves 9th place in stolen bases, and that's Max Carey.

That was fun. I got busy at work and didn't even see the answer until 20 min after the deadline for responses. I should have known better. At least I didn't bet it all.

So by being occupied and unable to compete at 12 ET, I do nothing and move into fifth place.

I like this game. :)

I'm 0 for 2 with these "double ups" now - next time I'm betting nothing.

Which is my score now, of course.

Thank goodness I was tied up in court the past couple days and missed out. I doubt I would have bet anything (this was the first place I even heard of Sudoku), but it's good to know I'm solidly in third!
