I agree, this was a very enjoyable scavanger hunt, and very manageable if you know how to use the web properly.

A bit of related trivia I found fun was that the starting second baseman for the A's in that game (A's 4, Brewers 3, 9/29/70) was none other than the manager who lost the World Series to the son of the batter who's final strikeout came in that game.
