Baseball Toaster was unplugged on February 4, 2009.

I'm not gone, just on hiatus.
Meanwhile, I have updated the Periodic Table of Blogs (a fact which is apparently worthy of news status on Baseball Think Factory), as well as fed the latest rosters to the Random Diamond Note Generator.
"John Russell's tirade about Nate McLouth this week was an eruption of his frustrations about trying to change a puerile culture, and whin McLouth takes six straight strikes without swinging, it is a lonesome lack of aggression, and you might as well send an expert up to the plate swinging a collard green for all the good it will do, so while Neal Huntington is trying to acquire players that his manager will like, such as Andrew Miller, Wes Littleton, or Greg Maddux, is isn't easy when you only have closed talents to deal from, like Sean Burnett, Tom Gorzelanny (who is incidentally battling a broken neck), and Kevin Thompson."
