That's odd, since Vitamin K is a fat-soluble molecule and Zambrano is a bit on the heavy side.

Going from 8.8 strikeouts per 9 innings in 2006 to 7.37/9 in 2007 may be cause for mild concern, but it's safe to say Carlos does NOT have a K deficiency.
